A SHARED UNDERSTANDING

Terms of use.

Practical expectations for exploring, teaching with, and sharing Project Badi.

Last updated 11 October 2026

Explore freely.

Project Badi offers browser-based STEM and STEAM learning experiences. The current experiences are free to explore for personal learning and classroom teaching. No account, subscription, or purchase is needed.

Use the site respectfully, follow the instructions for each experience, and review the privacy policy before enabling a camera or preparing a contact draft.

A card you can print and share.

You may print and share the free Badi Explorer Card for personal and classroom learning. Keep the Project Badi name and instructions with it so others can find the site and understand how to use it. The shared marker is a tracking aid, not an account, licence key, or proof of ownership.

Do not present Project Badi’s name, artwork, or experiences as your own product or imply an endorsement that has not been agreed. Permission to use the free site and card does not grant a licence to redistribute or rebrand the entire application. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.

Use models as a starting point.

The 3D experiences are illustrative educational models. They simplify scientific ideas and are not validated tools for scientific measurement, engineering calculations, or safety-critical decisions. Read the scientific quality page for their limitations.

The curriculum is a developing topic roadmap. “Planned” means the experience has not been built; a listed topic is not a promise of complete syllabus coverage or examination-board approval.

Devices and availability.

Camera AR depends on browser support, camera permission, lighting, and a clear view of the marker. A camera-free 3D preview is also available. Performance and offline access depend on your device, connection, and browser cache; uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device cannot be guaranteed.

Keep your surroundings in view and use the device from a stable position. Learners who need support should explore with a teacher or guardian.

Protect the learning space.

Do not misuse the service, try to interfere with others’ access, or send harmful material through any future communication features. When preparing an inquiry, share original source links and licence information for proposed contributions. Avoid personal information about learners.

Questions and updates.

Read about this site for its current scope and creator. The contact form prepares a copyable inquiry locally; it does not send a message. These terms may be updated as the platform develops. The date above identifies the current wording.
