Connect curiosity with evidence.
Project Badi is an independent learning technology project created by Sai Gattupalli, PhD in Learning Technology, University of Massachusetts Amherst. The degree identifies the creator’s educational background; it does not imply university sponsorship or an institutional research partnership.
The platform offers a developing space for discussing classroom investigations, design evaluation, and future collaborations. It does not currently enrol research participants or collect research data.
Questions worth exploring.
- How do manipulable 3D models influence the explanations learners construct about a scientific concept?
- Which teacher prompts turn an engaging visual experience into a useful classroom investigation?
- What barriers do learners encounter across accessibility needs, shared devices, and constrained connections?
- How can artistic representation support understanding while making scientific simplifications clear?
These are possible research directions, not findings. No controlled evidence of learning effectiveness is claimed for the current experiences.
Give an idea a useful shape.
A research note can describe your question, topic and learner age range, teaching context, proposed method, accessibility considerations, timeline, and the support you would need. Content reviews, usability studies, and classroom design discussions are all relevant starting points.
Use general descriptions rather than identifiable learner records. Include source links for existing work and explain what a collaboration would aim to establish.
Research with care.
A future study should establish appropriate school permissions, participant information and consent, data handling, and any required ethics review before recruitment or collection begins. The public site is not a consent system, study approval, or secure participant-data repository.
Do not put learner names, camera images, confidential school records, or participant data into a contact draft. Any research partnership would need its own agreed responsibilities and review process.
Prepare a research note.
Use the research inquiry form to organize your proposal and copy it. The form prepares a local draft; it is not connected to an inbox and does not send the proposal. A public submission channel is not yet available.
