PRIVACY & CARE

Privacy policy.

A clear account of what stays on your device, which services receive requests, and the choices you have.

Last updated 11 October 2026

Your camera stays with you.

Camera access is optional and starts only after you choose to start the camera and grant your browser permission. Project Badi processes camera frames on your device to find the printed marker and position a 3D model. The app does not upload or record those frames.

It requests no microphone or location permission. Camera access stops when you close the viewer, leave camera mode, or hide the page. You can revoke permission in your browser or device settings and use the camera-free 3D preview instead.

A contact note is a local draft.

The contact form builds a note in your browser. It has no submission server or connected inbox. Your name, optional email, topic, and message are not deliberately sent to Project Badi or included in custom analytics events.

Choosing “Copy enquiry” places the note on your clipboard. Any sharing after that is your choice; clipboard history or syncing depends on your device. Leave out learner names, photographs, and other sensitive information.

Visits are measured with Google Analytics.

The public projectbadi.com website loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-N2CMFKFSNN. Depending on the analytics configuration, it measures visits, pages viewed, engagement, browser and device information, and referrals. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions; see Google’s cookie documentation and Google’s privacy policy.

The site currently loads the Google tag automatically and has no in-site analytics consent or opt-out control. Browser tools that block analytics requests can prevent delivery. Blocking cookies alone may not prevent all measurement requests. The learning experiences work when analytics is blocked or unavailable.

Hosting and browser storage.

Cloudflare delivers this website. As part of providing its services, it can process request information such as IP addresses, routing data, and system configuration information. Its handling is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your browser may cache pages, the printable card, and opened experience assets to help with repeat visits and offline access. Clear this site’s stored data in your browser to remove that cache. Current investigation progress stays in the viewer session; the app has no learner accounts or stored learner profiles.

Provider-side retention depends on the service configuration and the providers’ policies. This page does not promise a retention period that has not been established.

Use thoughtfully in a classroom.

Teachers and guardians should review this policy and their school’s requirements before use. Keep the camera aimed at the marker and avoid capturing other people. Project Badi does not ask learners to register or enter personal information to explore an experience.

Questions and future changes.

Project Badi is created by Sai Gattupalli, PhD. Use the privacy inquiry draft to prepare a question. The form does not deliver a message; a public delivery channel is not currently provided.

If accounts, payments, message delivery, or research data collection are introduced, this policy will need to describe those changes. The date above identifies this version.
